We made it a week!! It has officially been a week since the beginning of my GAP Year adventure, and it has been so amazing, I haven’t had a week this amazing in such a long time. The first couple of days were difficult having to get used to being around new people and staying in a new environment, but after the first day or so everyone warmed up to each other and  now we are all super close. There are thirty seven people on my squad and five in my team (the group I will spend the most time with on the field). My team name is “Team Boaz” and I can’t thank God enough for the group of guys that are on my team. God has done some wonderful things in my life this past week that I’ll talk about in a future blog post so stay tuned.it rained a whole bunch this past week and I was blessed to have a dry tent all week, Saturday and Sunday are our Sabbath days so we get to just relax as a squad and spend alone time with God, We went out to Walmart and Target after dinner to get some snacks and any small things we may have forgotten or didn’t realize we needed, then got Chick-Fil-A after we were all done in the stores. Then on Sunday we had church after breakfast and it was such an amazing service, Samson (one of the GAP I team leaders) brought the word and talked about restoration. Worship is one of my favorite times at training camp, just getting together and worshipping God through song is so amazing. But yeah, I have had an amazing time here at Adventures in Missions in Gainesville Georgia, and God is doing amazing things in the lives of everyone here.

Until the whole world hears!!
